1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phl88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

3.1 Account Information

Players are required to provide accurate personal information at registration, including their legal full name as it appears on government-issued ID, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. phl88 does not accept registrations under pseudonyms, aliases, or nicknames as a primary account name.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. phl88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. 3.3 KYC Verification

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are subject to the following terms and conditions:

In the event of a conflict between a specific Promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phl88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, design elements, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of phl88 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or used in any commercial manner without phl88's prior written consent. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and will be pursued through available legal remedies under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl88 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform;
• Loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Any damage caused by viruses, malware, or third-party interference with the Player's device or network;
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services accessible via the Platform.

In no event shall phl88's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

phl88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where phl88 reasonably believes that:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• A Player has provided false or misleading information;
• An account poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• A Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Continued account operation would place phl88 in breach of its PAGCOR regulatory obligations.
